If you wish to cancel your camp registration, you have several options:

1. If you cancel and notice of such cancellation is received by DIBIA Athletic Development more than two weeks prior to the start date of camp, you will receive a full refund of the camp registration fee, less a $35.00 cancellation fee.
2. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to camp, no refund will be issued. However and if you prefer, a camp registration credit can be issued that is valid for the same camp in the same or next calendar year. Furthermore, this credit may be transferred to an immediate family member under the same terms and conditions as the original registration.
3. If the camp is cancelled by DIBIA Athletic Development, you will automatically receive a full refund of any registration fees paid. Camper (participant) waives any and all damages that may arise as a result of the camp being cancelled.
