DREAM BIG

Development through Recreational Education for Athletic Minds. Please support DIBIA D.R.E.A.M. Programs and initiatives today!

Mission:

DIBIA Dream fosters life skills development through sports and recreational education for underserved youth. At DIBIA Dream, we help youth win at life.

Vision:

DREAM is DIBIA’s community outreach initiative that harnesses the preexisting motivational foundation in youth. We bridge their desire for excellence, leadership and sports to educate youth on other essential core value systems. We translate the skills that are required to win in sports into skills that are required to win at life. This allows for the development of a blueprint for success, in language young athletes understand.

The DREAM program curriculum includes instruction on:

EDUCATION

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) education is essential to foster the next generation of innovation in the world. DREAM Ed will use our education & scholarship program to develop our youth with intangible skills to compete in today’s market.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

It’s never too early to begin forging healthy lifetime habits. DREAM H&W believes it’s our duty to work with local youth, families, and schools to bring about a healthier future for the young people in our community.

FINANCIAL LITERACY

DREAM FL helps students easily grasp the essentials of personal finance, gives them multiple opportunities to practice core skills and showcases the real-world impact of the financial decisions they make.

MENTORSHIP

Through DREAM partnerships with corporate professionals, we will address the social, economical, cultural and emotional needs of today’s youth through our Mentorship program.

Programmatic offerings will be expanded to offer comprehensive auxiliary programs such as after-school programming, SAT/ACT prep and entrepreneurships programs designed to foster growth and academic excellence.

DIBIA Community Assist program

Since 2012, over 300 children in need were given scholarships to attend DIBIA sporting events through our DIBIA Dream program. The need is greater than ever before.

The DIBIA Dream Scholarship Fund provides tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships DIBIA sports events each summer through the DIBIA Community Assist program. These awards are distributed to deserving individuals who otherwise would not have the opportunity to attend DIBIA sports events.

The DIBIA Dream Scholarship Fund is made possible by contributions from sponsors, individuals, gyms, and others who want to give something back to their community and make the “DIBIA Dream” possible for less fortunate children.
