DIBIA Athletic Development aims to enhance the quality of youth development, sport, and recreational programs through service and outreach, teaching and learning, and research, thereby increasing positive developmental outcomes for youth.

DIBIA Athletic Development is always looking for ways to enhance the quality of its programs for its participants. Your gracious support will allow us to expand the DREAM/ Life Skills Program give scholarships to athletes and teams who would not be able to afford our services. As a sponsor your business will have the opportunity to be recognized in the community as a company who cares about the development of its young people.

• Developing Creative, Compassionate and Compelling Programming: crafting initiatives that are fun, considerate, inviting, simple and produce concrete results. Ensuring that programming has a balanced focus on communities and individuals.
• Promoting A Global Initiative: locally mindful and internationally motivated. DIBIA subscribes to the concept that we are all interconnected and live in a global neighborhood. Our programs connect communities locally and worldwide.
• Nurturing Lifelong Relationships: DIBIA is intent on developing long-term relationships over sponsorship’s. We intend to promote legacy programs and sustain rapports based on reciprocity and fostering a pay it forward ethos. We seek partners in community over brands and logos.
• Fun: Our aim is to cultivate positive spaces and inspire our teams, supporters, partners and participants to have fun! Our organization is centered on education and athletics and believes that both should be enjoyable endeavors. Fun is contagious and essential to promoting smiles, laughter and optimism.
